Iain Henderson is the CIO of MyDex. Their mission is to help individuals realise the value of their personal data by providing individuals with Personal Data Stores and related services. It is a Community Interest Company (CIC), supported by the Young Foundation which specialises in launching sustainable social enterprises. Iain was previously the Customer Data Strategy Manager for The Post Office. He is a founder of The Customer’s Voice and an active participant in the Harvard University based Project VRM.
